We re doing 4 bathrooms all of differing size but all get good light. Dark brown floor tiling adds contrast with white walls and glass shower enclosure. When it comes to grout colors be sure the grout doesn t contrast too sharply with the tile i e white tile with black grout. Allows for a higher contrast look.

Glossy black mosaic tile walls and long planks of dark wood look tile flooring give this shower a spa feel that could easily be implemented in a smaller space sans the sunken tub. Plus white off white or light colors can make the room feel spacious. Gloss tiles reflect light and are great if you are designing a small bathroom as they make the space feel bigger and brighter. To highlight the modern design interior we added light white porcelain large format floor tile to complement the floor to ceiling dark grey porcelain wall tile to give off a modern appeal.
